Cristina has been practicing in the area of Intellectual Property since the beginning of her career in 2010. Over the years, she has acquired extensive knowledge at the national and international levels on trademarks, copyright, patents and Legal disputes, both judicial and administrative.

Its management of high-level clients, ranging from local companies to transnational companies, has allowed her to have a comprehensive knowledge of a diverse range of clients that have presented interesting challenges and needs in the country and the region.

This situation has allowed her to specialize in issues of protection of intellectual property from the perspective of litigation, thus managing to develop important cases in defense of her clients against situations such as falsifications of products and trademarks.

She currently works as an Associate Attorney at Eproint, specifically in the National Department, where she develops her expertise in the interests of Eproint clients.


Cristina has made several publications of articles in national and international media, covering innovative titles such as:
“Attacking the falsification of products from the consumer’s mind” (2015)

“Musicians, protect their works” (2015)

“Memes on the Internet: Are they Intellectual Property?”(2014)

She has also participated in educational television programs such as Channel 15 UCR on issues of awareness and defense of Intellectual Property.

In addition, Cristina has developed and imparted workshops and conferences on Intellectual Property training for the general public.
